It was reasonably priced, the hotel was clean, and the staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was perfect, with plenty of meals. Location: the property was not far from the centre of Morzine, the mountains and the Tour de France.

New rooms here! They come with a cool balcony and a sweet view 😎. the location is top-notch, right by the water park.

Staff were very helpful, we had a great view from our window and we liked the balcony and were able to sit out in the sun when it was out. The position was good for ski lifts and for the town centre.

The chairs in the room were uncomfortable which was a shame for my husband as he spent more time in the room as he was not able to get out so much. We were a little disappointed in the standard of the food as we had heard that it was very good but we understand that the chef had left about a week before we arrived.

The rooms were a decent size, heated, and had toiletries. the hotel had a very central location and was close to Crusaz Ski Lift. - the staff were accommodating and fabulously friendly.

The Alpen Roc is a very friendly family run hotel. It is a 2/3 star hotel in standard but charming and characterful. The location is central and both lifts are easily accessible. The pool and jacuzzi were a welcome bonus at the end of the day. It is value for money as long as you take it for what it is - do not expect luxury. We were on a ski holoiday and it served our needs perfectly.

The rooms are small (but we had been warned).

The hotel owner is very hard working and very helpful, the food was outstanding every night. would not hesitate to go back to this hotel.

It was great to have rooms with a large shared balcony overlooking the mountains and the location just a short walk from the city center was perfect.

Friendly attentative staff. Food was extremely good. Good location for the ski resorts of Pleney and Ardent as well as close to the centre of Morzine but quiet with little noise from traffic or the town.

The bathroom was a little small - room 21.

Our expectations were not high due to the fact the hotel had been graded as a 2 star, however, we were very pleasantly surprised at the standards, the rooms were newly decorated, the pool and jacuzzi looked new and clean and the food, well, more like a 4 star than 2! Christophe, the owner was welcoming and always on hand to answer questions if needed. We shall be returning at some stage in the not too distant future we hope.

Could have done with a towel change and the toilet paper needs to be softer!!!! ha ha :-(

The hotel's location was amazing, not far from the village center and ski lifts. We had slices of fresh bread, croissants, fruit, and meats for breakfast, and it was outstanding.

The staff, food and accommodation were exceptional value for money. The location was perfect for our needs. We were a group of men on a stag weekend and we all enjoined our stay we all highly recommend this hotel.

The food was exceptionally good - on a par with at least a four star hotel. The staff were very friendly and the service excellent.
